who knew anticipation could be this horrible.

summer is the best.
it is my very favorite.
and i have never been so excited for it when it is still so far away.

basketball season is meh this year. possibly owing to the fact that i don't have a tv, or any friends that care in the least. so, by the time summer/baseball season rolls around, i will be living somewhere else (the exact location has yet to be publicly released, but it does have functioning television) and can get more excited about america's favorite pastime.

where was i going with this?

oh yeah. anyway, every sunday during church i make a list of things i like. some items are repeated every week, but sometimes it's very specific to the particular day. today's shows how badly i can't wait for summer. it reads as follows:

sunshine
grass
cut-offs
swimming
bike rides
hiking
waterfalls
kites
swinging
braids
friendship bracelets
books/reading
cherry coke
otter pops
picnics
tan lines
mountains
summer

yeah. the last one might be the biggest indicator, and that's ok with me. i can't wait. this summer will be great because of where i'm living (another hint is that it's right by a park), the fact that i will have a sweet bike by then, besties being home from missions, other besties being a bike ride away, my hair being longer, being a bridesmaid, blah blah blah. i think this is boring for everyone except me. oh well, isn't that what blogs are all about?
